Smoke4Fun is a family business from Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel that has grown from a small webshop to a wholesaler of e-liquids and e-cigarettes.
Because Smoke4Fun spent a lot of time maintaining and updating various software packages and the underlying interfaces, they started looking for an all-in-one system a few years ago and ended up at Odoo. Because not all questions were answered in the online demo environment of Odoo, the help of Odoo Experts was called in.
After analyzing the working method at the time, we looked at how Odoo could provide the solution. Various Odoo Apps (see bottom of this post) were installed, and custom-made solutions were developed for company-specific processes.
For example, a link was created with Multisafepay for processing online payments. Current stock statuses had to be displayed so that products that are not in stock could not be ordered, and a link was made with DHL Parcel for sending packages.
