Which data do we process?
The data depends on your contact with us. A demo request requires different information than an ongoing support engagement or an invoice.
Project data
Information about processes, users, agreements, planning, tickets, documentation, test results and communication around implementation or support.
Administration
Invoicing details, payment details, VAT number, Chamber of Commerce details, and other information needed for quotes, agreements, invoices, and statutory administration.

We use data only for clear purposes that fit our contact or our collaboration.

Statistics
Website visit without tracking cookies
We use Plausible to understand which pages perform well. We do that without profiles, ad tracking, or Google Analytics.
How Plausible is used by us
Plausible measures general trends, such as visited pages, referral sources, device category, and country or region. The data is aggregated and is not intended to identify individual visitors.
For website statistics we do not use cookies, Google Analytics, or advertising profiles. Necessary technical cookies may still be required for functions such as sessions, language selection, forms, login, or security.

Share, save, and secure
We do not keep data longer than necessary and only share it when that is logical, necessary, or legally required.
Who do we share data with?
Only with parties necessary for our services, such as hosting, email, Odoo-related services, accounting, legal support, or government authorities when legally required.
How long do we retain data?
We usually keep administrative data for 7 years. We keep contact details, email, and support information for as long as needed for the relationship, follow-up, or agreements made. After that, we delete or anonymize data where possible.
How do we secure data?
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, such as secure connections, access control, two-factor authentication where appropriate, backups and careful management of systems and permissions.

You can ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to the processing of your personal data.
